Return Conditions
You can return the product within 3 days of receipt, provided that:

The product is in its original condition (unused, with full packaging and accessories).

The original invoice is presented.

There is no damage caused by misuse.
Exchange Conditions

You can exchange the product within 7 days of receipt.

If the product is defective from the manufacturer, the exchange is free of charge.

If you wish to change the product for personal reasons, the customer bears the price difference, if any.
Cases Not Covered by the Policy

Opened or pre-owned games.

Products that have been activated or linked to an account.

Consoles damaged due to misuse or dropping.
How to Submit a Return Request

Contact us via WhatsApp within the specified period.

Send a photo of the product and the invoice.

We will arrange for the product to be picked up from your address.

After inspection, the amount will be refunded or the product exchanged.
